What is kept there

Generated automatically — every statement issued for your units, and the documents produced when a lease ends, such as a deposit settlement.

Uploaded by your agent — anything else that concerns your property: compliance certificates, body-corporate notices, inspection reports, the signed mandate.

Documents are stored against the thing they concern, so a certificate for one unit sits with that unit rather than in a general pile.

Opening and keeping a copy

Open a document to read it, or download it to keep. There is no limit on how often you can retrieve one.

Download your statements at tax year end rather than hunting for them in March. They are the record of what each unit earned and cost, which is exactly what your accountant will ask for.

Why a document never changes

A generated document is a record of what was issued on the day it was issued. If a figure is corrected afterwards, the correction appears as its own entry — the original document stays as you received it.

That is deliberate. A statement that could be quietly rewritten would be worth nothing as evidence of anything.

If something is missing

You see documents for your own units only — nothing belonging to another owner, and nothing about your tenant beyond what appears on your own statement.

If a document you expect is not there, it may not have been shared yet. Contact your managing agent.
