Send an invoice to a tenant

Deliver an issued invoice by email, or download it to send yourself.

Start: the lease, Invoices tab Result: the tenant has the invoice.

An approved invoice is already on the tenant’s account and visible in their portal. Sending it is delivery, not issuing.

Steps

  1. Open the issued invoice.
  2. Email it to the tenant, or download the PDF and send it your own way.

What the tenant sees

The invoice carries your branding and your banking details, plus any notes that apply to it.

Tenants with portal access can see every invoice without waiting for an email - see invite a user to their portal. It is the cheapest reduction in “can you resend that” requests available to you.
