Switch between light and dark mode

Start: your portal Result: the interface switches between light and dark.

Where the toggle is

Managers — in the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar, alongside Settings and Help.

Owners and tenants — in the header, beside your name.

It switches immediately. There is nothing to save.

What the setting follows

Your choice is remembered on that device, in that browser. It is a display preference stored locally, not part of your account.

So switching on your laptop does not change it on your phone, and signing in on a colleague’s machine will not carry your preference across.

Clearing your browser data resets it. If the theme reverts unexpectedly, that is usually why — just set it again.

Printing and PDFs

Invoices, statements and other documents are generated for print. They are always light, whatever your screen theme — so a dark-mode portal does not produce a dark PDF that costs a tenant their toner.
