Create a scheme

Start: Properties Result: a scheme that units can be added to.

Do this before adding units to a sectional-title block. A freehold house needs no scheme — see add a unit.

Steps

1. Go to Properties.
2. Choose to add a scheme.
3. Fill in the Scheme Name — what you and the owners call it, e.g. Marina Heights.
4. Add the street address. Units in the scheme inherit it, so you enter it once.
5. Record the body corporate name if you have it. You will want it when reconciling levies.
6. Save.
