What counts as an active lease?
A lease that is live and being billed. Draft leases, leases you are still onboarding, and leases that have ended don’t count. The number on your invoice is the number you can see in the app on the day it was issued.
What happens when I grow past a tier?
You move up automatically, and the platform fee phases in gradually rather than landing all at once — so going from 20 to 21 leases costs you a few rand, not a few hundred.
Is the first month really free?
Yes, a full billing cycle, on every plan. Property onboarding takes a month to settle, and a trial that ends before you’ve seen one complete invoice run hasn’t shown you anything.
Am I locked in?
No contract and no notice period. If you leave, you can export your records first — they’re yours.
How do I pay?
We invoice you monthly and you pay by EFT. Card and debit order are coming.
