Add an owner
Record the person or organisation whose property you manage.
Start: Properties›Owners Result: an owner who can be assigned to units.
Steps
- Go to Properties›Owners and choose Add Owner.
- Enter their name and contact details.
- Record their banking details if you have them. These are display-only — Domi Vera never moves money, so this is a record for you, not a payment instruction.
- If the property is held by a trust or company rather than the person, record that separately — see attach an owning entity.
- Save.
Next
- Assign them to a unit — see add a unit.
- Give them portal access — see invite a user to their portal.
Banking details are manager-only and never appear on a tenant’s documents. Changes an owner makes to them in their portal come to you for approval rather than applying silently.
