Issue an owner statement

Produce and send the per-unit statement that explains an owner payout.

Start: Owner Statements Result: a statement the owner can reconcile against their bank.

Owner statements are per unit, because that is where the books live.

Steps

  1. Go to Owner Statements and select the unit and period.
  2. Generate the draft and check it: rent collected, less expenses and your fee, equals the payout.
  3. Issue it.

What the owner sees

The income, the costs, the fee and the resulting payout for that unit. An owner with four units gets four statements plus a roll-up across them.

Check the expenses are attributed to the right unit before issuing. A cost on the wrong unit produces two wrong statements, and the owner reconciling against their bank will find it.
