See your units

Find each property you own, its tenant, its income and its costs.

Start: your portal, My Units Result: a view of each property you hold.

What you can see

For each unit: the current lease and tenant, the monthly rent, the deposit held, income and expenses, and the statements behind every payout.

An owner's units

Your dashboard also shows recent activity across all of them, so you do not have to open each one to see whether anything happened.

You see your own units only. Nothing about another owner, and nothing about what your tenant is charged beyond what appears on your statement.

If a unit is missing

Your properties may be held by more than one trust or company. If so, your portal shows one entity at a time and you can switch between them - the missing unit is probably under another entity.

If that is not it, contact your managing agent.
