Bulk-import owners and tenants
Load many owners or tenants at once from a spreadsheet, with validation before anything is written.
Start: the Owners or Tenants list Result: many records created in one pass.
Use this when taking on a portfolio. For one or two people, adding them directly is quicker.
Steps
- Open the Owners or Tenants list and start an import.
- Choose the columns you want to import. The template is generated to match what you tick, so you are not handed fields you do not have.
- Download the template and fill it in.
- Upload it. Domi Vera validates every row and shows you what it found before writing anything.
- Fix anything flagged, re-upload if needed, then commit.
The columns are recovered from the sheet’s own heading row, not from what you ticked at download time. A file saved weeks ago still imports correctly.
