Your first login

What your portal shows you, and the few things worth doing the first time you sign in.

Your managing agent has given you access to a portal. It shows your own records — and only yours.

Getting in

You do not create an account. Your agent invites you, and you set your own password from the link in that email. See sign in if it is not working, or reset your password if you have lost it.

Nobody at your managing agency or at Domi Vera can see your password. If someone asks you for it, they should not be.

If you are a tenant

Your portal shows what you have been invoiced, what you have paid, and what is outstanding.

Worth doing first:

  1. Read your latest invoice and your statement — an invoice is one month, a statement is the whole account.
  2. Find your payment reference and use it on every payment. It is what matches your money to your account automatically.
  3. Download your documents, especially the ingoing inspection. It is the document that settles most deposit disputes.
  4. Check your contact details are current — notices about your lease go to them.

If you are an owner

Your portal shows each unit you hold, what it earned, what it cost, and the statements behind every payout.

The owner dashboard

Worth doing first:

  1. Read your latest statement — rent collected, less expenses and the management fee, gives your payout.
  2. Check your units are all there. If one is missing and you hold property through more than one trust or company, switch entity in the portal before contacting your agent.
  3. Check your banking details are the account you want to be paid into.

What you cannot see

Deliberately: anything belonging to another owner or tenant. A tenant cannot see what the owner is charged; an owner cannot see another owner’s units.

One thing to expect

If you change your name, email address or banking details, the change does not apply immediately — it goes to your managing agent to approve, and they may phone to confirm it.

That is deliberate and it protects you. A banking detail that changed silently is how a payout ends up in someone else’s account.

If something looks wrong

Contact your managing agent, and quote the document. An invoice number, a statement date, or the amount you are querying turns a vague question into one they can answer immediately.
